This spot isn't a full spot yet...I've seen other spots with less fans (~50) and less activity(!) that are full spots - anyone know why?? :S

I don't think we know how it all works. Some spots become full spots almost instantly, other spots are massive and still aren't full spots. Personally, I don't think it makes a difference. Nothing really changes, so I have never thought about it much.

i think they r full spots because they did have lots of fans but lost some or most
