can anyone help me i'm looking for old horror movie (80's or 90's movie). I don't remember the Name of the film. All i remember is:

people working underground (in the Laborator i guess) and somethyng kills 'em all. by the victims are one black man. at the end of the movie all the people are dead except one woman. she awakes at the end of the movie and she is all naked.
and 1 thing - "the killer" tippes on the computer, that his name is john doe :|

please help me find this movie guyz' ;(
