Hm, maybe being buried alive in a wooden crate of some kind. Every second you breath your wasting oxygen, until eventually you run out and suffocate, if you don't lose you mind first anyway and try to find a way to off yourself. Also, you have that risk of the earth braking through your crate and crushing you and possibly breaking bones.

Have you ever seen Silent Hill? cause in that movie one of the characters got burned alive and thats the first thing I ever saw anything like that.I've been scared of dieing that way ever since.
