Because in RL, I've noticed a trend with my friends and I wanted to see if it was the same here,

Lutheran, and I'm a Hufflepuff/Ravenclaw, more Hufflepuff.

And? Is it the same?

Not really, in real life I've found that Slytherins are atheists, Ravenclaws are agnostic, Gryffindors are Christian, and Hufflepuffs are everything.

Perhaps I should rephrase. I've found no pattern in the religous beliefs of Hufflepuffs :P

I really don't know what to believe...I find most Christians to be kind of overbearing

i'm Hufflepuff
anyway, i believe that there is a god of some sort but i find that religions cause wars and things (no offence meant to anyone who's religious)
so i'm not part of any religion but i do believe that there is 1 or more gods/goddesses

I'm deff. not religious and I do not belong to any of the stated religions, I'm a simple, awesome, broad-minded atheist. Because atheists use logic rather than unchecked reasoning. Ravenclaw/Slytherin here. ^^

Slytherin...and I'm leaning more and more towards Atheist every day...

Now for a study of my own: It appears a fair-large quantity of the Christians on here (Fanpop) are Roman Catholic. On most of the religious questions I've seen, usually when people specify, they say Catholic. So there you go! Random observation!

I do believe in something, but I wouldn't call it a religion.

There's no "You can't do that" and stuff. Basically, it's just a belief that there is a creator... and 170 worlds.

@ninja-kitten, I've seen the atheism club before. Doesn't the background thing say "Thank God I'm an atheist" or something? Is that supposed to be funny or making fun of God? Just curious.

Poseiden, the banner does say "Thank God I'm an Atheist", which is meant as a joke because we don't believe in a higher power. It's irony, and who says it can't be funny WHILE making fun of God? I certainly think it's both!

Although, even though I'm Roman Catholic, I'm starting to think that I'm more of an agnostic inside (don't tell my parents)...
I'm more into logic that blindly following a God... doesn't mean I DON'T believe in God... I just think like, there's another scientific explanation... oh wow, now I'm a traitor to my own religion...

You're not a traitor if you make up your own mind and think about things your own way. That's not betrayal, that's revelation.

Don't feel like you have to stick with something you don't believe in. If it doesn't feel right, it isn't.
