As fans of H2G2, we thought you'd like to know that the team behind the film - Garth Jennings and Nick Goldsmith - will be doing a live webcast on Mon 11th Oct courtesy of FILMCLUB. And if you submit a question, it might get asked live on air....

The webcast will take place at www.filmclub.org/webcasts at 3.30pm, so just tune in to watch!

As part of Kings Place's (kingsplace.co.uk/time) Time Unwrapped season, Geoffrey McGivern will be joined by the Feinstein Ensemble and Art of Moog for a dramatic recreation of Douglas Adams’ cult novel Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency (13 April).

Adams’ obsession with Bach is well-known and it was inevitable that it would find its way into his novels. In Dirk Gently we are introduced to an alternative universe where certain things are strangely different: Coleridge's Ancient Mariner features an asteroid, rather than an albatross, and Bach’s compositions don't exist at all,...
