From my knowledge, Hilarie is still a very busy woman; with her new role in the movie Provinces of night and her recurring role in the TV show White Collar, not to mention her ongoing project of Southern Gothic Productions, and the fact she is now the mother to her son Gus, fathered by Supernatural's Jeffrey Dean Morgan, i believe her to be residing in the 'one tree hill' set location of Wilmington, NC.
