I choose Mion. Rena's good and all and I like her character, but Mion, in my opion, fits well with Keiichi.
Also, Keiichi confessed his feelings for Mion in Kai. To get Rena to confess to Keiichi, they had to make an OVA for it to be canon.

But the actual reason I support this pairing is because it's obvious Rena trusts and admires Keiichi, and wants to do everything in her control to help him. On Keiichi's side, he thinks she's very attractive and is surprised to find that she's smart too. He cares deeply for Rena and happily gave the doll he won to her; not Mion.
Sadly, KeiichixRena is not considered the canon couple. :[

Thing is you can pair him up with either of the 2 girls and it would be good. However IMHO I think that Keiichi-Rena is the more valid pairing, though it is non-canon. Which is weird considering that Rena and Keiichi have many significant moments together... I think the whole doll episode says it... when Keiichi got the doll, the person he gave it to first, was Rena. Yeah sure later to change fate he gave it to Mion, but his first action based solely on his own feelings was to give it to Rena. He sees Rena as a girl and Mion as one of the guys. In the sound novel, the first arc shows him AGONISING about Rena more than Mion, the second arc pushes him to Mion but even then Rena is there. And the whole Keiichi-Rena fight on the school roof - they are both exhilarated by how equally matched their skills are. It seemed to me like Keiichi likes Rena in the beginning but then in each of the following arcs the universe kept pushing Mion at him as in a choose-her-for-the-happy-ending. Also Mion is, strangely enough, more vulnerable than Rena. She becomes devastated when she feels Keiichi likes Shiion or Rena more. Rena OTOH can stand back for Mion's sake, even though she likes Keiichi too. So in the end what I say is - Mion should pair up with Keiichi, because she is better and stronger with him, but Keiichi should pair up with Rena because he is better and stronger with her.

Lol nah seriously both pairings are fine considering Keiichi is such a slut you can pair him up with anyone. KeiichixMion would probably work out more than KeiichixRena but KeiichixRena has a certain sweetness to it. I also like KeiichixSatoko and KeiichixShion. But him and Mion make more sense. I mean, they're adorable. Kind of like an 'opposites attract' sort of thing. Although Keiichi never actually confesses to be IN love with anyone, he does state that Mion is the best friend he ever had and was prepared to die for her to be free. So yeah, I think that it doesn't matter who you THINK he should be paired with; he clearly loves Mion in a different way to the others.
