Hermione Granger Question

Does anyone know the names of Hermione's parents?

I THINK her father's name is Jack, and her mother's name is Helen but I want to be absouletly sure. I only need to know because of a fanfic I'm writing.

in the books and films hermione's parents names are never mentioned they are only ever refered to as "mr an mrs granger" however i have read somewhere that hermione was given her middle name from either her grandmother's or her mother's first name but i'm not sure which 1 it is
