why did they make hello kitty with no mouth?

Hello Kitty speaks from the heart making her language universal.

In the animations she does but they decided not to on the toys and pictures because they thought it looked better.

Hello kitty doesn't need a mouth because she speaks from her heart which is just amazing. And no matter what she does people already understand her.
