Harry, Ron and Hermione Question

Please. No one attack me when I ask this.....

I only read the first Harry Potter book, and I actually enjoyed it :)
I had trouble finding the other books except for three, and while I searched for the second one I just lost interest...

But I did enjoy the movies and thought they were fantastic.

Would I be considered a Harry Potter fan?

Yes you're a fan! It does'nt really matter if you have'nt read the books. They just provide more details on events,little charactor sub plots that are missed out of the films and alternate endings. But as long as you enjoy the films your totally a fan of Harry Potter!

And, as so many before me suggested, you should try to give the books another chance. I didn't make it through the fourth one the first time I read the series (don't attack me either, I was young!), but I re-started the series a few months later and found myself in love. :)
