1. Dolores Umbridge


If I am writing any articles on least favorite characters then definitely she will make number one. Because I there were times when i felt that she worse than Voldemort himself. She has an annoying crooked smile all the time, even she makes someone cry or suffer. She is like a cyborg with no feelings at all. She makes up all sort of false conclusions like Voldemort never returned and gave Harry a detention full of torture. And she doesn’t give a damn...

Dementry shot spell after spell at Calypso. She just changed into her animagus and dodged them. She hoped to wear him out and can make his death quick, but she was still healing, and she wore out faster than he did. Calypso realized that she was going to change into herself and use her wand. She was just about to do that when she realized that she had left her wand on her bed and was going to go back and get it when use had run into Madame Pomfry. Calypso silently cursed herself and tried to stay in her wolf shape.

BUTTERBEER
Start to finish: 1 hour (10 minutes active)
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 cup light or dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
3/4 cup heavy cream, divided
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Four 12-ounce bottles cream soda

In a small saucepan over medium, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a gentle boil and cook, stirring often, until the mixture reads 240 F on a candy thermometer.

Stir in the butter, salt, vinegar and 1/4 heavy cream. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

It's not a secret that I was very disappointed with most of JKR's choices when it came to romance. Perhaps it wasn't even down to her choices but to the way those couples were written. Most of them were either too plain or just felt overall superficial.
