1. First of all, Luna is so, very unique. That's a great quality to possess and I think that's why I love her so much, because she stands out.
2. Luna is a true Ravenclaw, underneath all that quirkiness, there is a layer of intelligence. She's the one who led Harry to the Grey Lady and she spoke the last words for Dobby.
3. No matter, how flawed you are, Luna will always see the good things about you.

My theory on the self-control of accidental magic

It is known for a fact that accidental magic often happens when a (young) witch or a wizard is really angry, really scared, or really confused. Not to mention in a state of a high stress which can involve all of those emotions.
And then something magical happens, usually something horrible, to the person or thing that is causing the emotions on the witch/wizard.

The books make a big deal about accidental magic, and how young children have little to no control over their magic and thus do a lot of accidental magic.

Pumkin juice and PUMPKIN PASTIES

2 cups of pumpkin, chopped up into chunks
2 cups of apple juice
1/2 cup of pineapple juice
1 teaspoon of honey (to taste)
Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg and/or Allspice (all ground, to taste)

Directions:
Juice the pumpkin pieces by squeezing through a cheesecloth or by using a juicer. Pour the pumpkin juice, apple juice and pineapple juice into a blender. Add the honey and spices, adjusting quantity to taste. Chill or serve over ice.

2 eggs, slightly beaten

3/4 cup sugar

1 lb. canned pumpkin (or 2 cups fresh, roasted in the oven)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/4 tsp. cloves

And now I really love it. This is the first time I have got a chance to express my views about the glorious book, HARRY POTTER. I have been one of the greatest fans of Harry potter since first book was published. I had a liking for books when compared to the movies. But my views had been changed sice I saw the movie of HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHERS STONE. I am glad I joined the club and a special thanks to my friend who suggested me to do so!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything that was wrong with HP and the Half-Blood Prince!

WARNING Total spoilers for lastest film. DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT!!!

I just saw Half-Blood Prince and entertainment wise it's proberly the best so far - so go see it! It has one of the funniest HP scenes ever (Harry taking Felix potion).
BUT it was also the worst in terms of missing information and missing scenes. I'm holding out for DH though as i figured that they purposely missed out stuff in order to bulk up those two films. So here is my list of things that truly annoyed me about the film.

1. This one actually counts in at least the last 3 films. Dumbledore just isn't Dumbledore!...

I tossed and turned around in bed as I tried to fall asleep. It was the day before I left for Hogwarts for the new school year. I don’t know whether it was excitement or just that I had forgotten to pack something that kept me from falling asleep. I had packed all my robes, other clothes, books and all other stuff the day before so that I wouldn’t have to participate in a scavenger hunt with Mum in the morning.
