In Harry Potter and the goblet of fire,chp 34, PRIORI INCANTATEM...

it says "Voldemort raised his wand, and before Harry could do anything to defend himself,before he could even move, he had been hit AGAIN by the Cruciatus curse..."

I'm confused,when was the first time he had been hit by the Cruciatus curse...since the fake Moody had only used the Imperius curse on him?

Fake Moody had mentioned that he intended to use the Cruciatus Curse on the students too, to teach them what it was like. Although this scene isn't shown in the books, you can assume that it did happen.
