Let me start by saying that I never expected to find myself in the position of wondering weather or not Smeyer is a good writer.
Yep, you heard correctly, I think Twilight MAY be good.
May.
All I have to do is figure out if the things I think are good actually have resonance on the story.
1/ Was Bella INTENTIONALLY designed to be a contemptuous person?
If this is true, Bella's character, in my opinion, will have been so amplified in the part of the book I'm reading alone, she might even rival Ginny.
(BLASPHEME, you say?)
2/ Is Bella a feminist?
I don't know, sometimes she seems like one, and others she's putty in the sparkleh-one's hands.
3/ Is there a danger in Arizona she's averting by moving to Forks?
And if this is a spoiler, I don't care, really.
4/ Is Bella depressed?
Adding to the character thingy, it also serves to explain the crying when she first sleeps in Forks.
5/ Why are all the Cullens 'beautiful'?
Is it some sort of vampire thing that makes others overlook flaws, or what?
And finally,
6/ What I don't get, is if Edward knew dating Bella was a no-no, why'd he let himself fall in love with her?
Or was it lusty-lust 'stead of love?
