Quick Description: Personalityless Mary Sue
Hobbies: Not Applicable.
Accomplishments: Um... Not dying? There's really nothing, because she hasn't done anything
Role in the Book: Protagonist
Why she is this Role: Um... Because she's a SMeyer wannabe? Does that count:
Good Traits: SMeyer would like us to believe that she is made up of every good trait imaginable. However, if you stop to try to think of examples, there really are none. Sad, really. Oh, she's pretty! Does that count?
Flaws: Again, SMeyer would like us to believe that she has none. However, we know better. We know that she abuses her friends, is utterly anti-feminist, is slutty, mean, arrogant, shallow, boring, annoying, endlessly whiny, has no life, is a bad parent, doesn't care about her friends, unfeeling, apathetic, skips college to be a maid to Edward, teenager getting pregnant, and basically lacks character.


Bellatrix:
Quick Description: Derangedly beautiful interesting sadist
Hobbies: Torturing People
Accomplishments: Torturing Neville's parents (Frank and Alice) into insanity, Voldemort's favorite Death Eater, escaped Azkaban, killed Sirius
Role in the Books: Most loyal servant of the main antagonist (Voldemort, for those of you who do not know).
Why she is this Role: She loves torturing people, she thinks all Muggleborns and Muggles and non-wizards are worthless scum, she is nasty to everyone, she loves Voldemort, and, frankly, she is rather insane.
Good Traits: Loyalty (even if it is to Voldemort of all people), determination
Flaws: Loves torturing people, sadistic, doesn't care about others. However, it works for Bellatrix because she is supposed to be an antagonist :D

There you have it. Bellatrix wins by far. No competition. :D

Bellatrix is my third favourite character in the whole series (first two being Luna Lovegood and Remus Lupin :P). Even though she's physco and homicidal. She's still a kick-ass motherfucker and for some weird reason, I always sort of admire those kind of people. I love her relationship with the Dark Lord - hilarious! I love her so much that I even forgive her for torturing the Longbottoms and murdering Sirius.

I hate Bella. She complains. I despise people who moan all the time how their life is so hard. God, get a grip, woman.

Team Bellatrix! Mrs-Grint (who also happens to be my good friend Annie) said everything. Plus, have you noticed that Twilight has both "Bella" and "Black" in it? Bellatrix's nickname and maiden name!
She also stole "Clearwater," but who really cares about that Half-Blood? And then SMeyer tried to make an "original" name for once when she got to Breeding Spawn (I think Annie made that up XD), but while she just smushed two names together, JKR actually used Latin to name the characters, and the names have meanings.
Hmm, through all my ranting, I've forgotten what the question was... lol

Bellatrix all the way! Bella is a klutz, whiny baby, lets her stalker boyfriend abuse her, her pedophile best friend hit on her daughter and hates the fact that her boy friend is "perfect" (NOT). Bellatrix is bad-ass, independent, would GLADY switch out her husband for someone cooler (in my opinion her and Voldie got it going on!) and she will fight you to the death! It's kinda obvious who wins here.

No question about it: Bellatrix Lestrange. She's evil, not a Mary Sue, and has no problem killing people. She also doesn't go mental if Voldemort leaves her.

I love bella so i would personally pick her but i suppose that i did finish all the twighlight books pretty quikly and couldnt put them down :]. But bellatrix rocks as a charecter and is pretty mean ;[ rock on alll bella'sssssss

Bellatrix Lestrange is better by miles because she has the guts to do stuff without help but Bella Swan always needs help (What a baby!!!!!!!!!!!)

Well, look at it this way... bellatrix had to serve the dark lord and practically give up her sanity. She didn't complain once.
Bella Swan Complained because to boys fancied her and she couldn't decide which one she loved more.

Bellatrix is better than Bella because:
1. Bella is too stubborn; Bellatrix is just so bad that she's good.
2. Bella is whiny; Bellatrix is "I KILLED SIRIUS BLACK!!! HAHAHAHA *screams in an evil way*!!!
3. Bella loves a sparkling masochist (he's a masochist for me); Bellatrix is very devoted to (or even loves) The Dark Lord.
4. Bella's name is too common; Bellatrix's name isn't.
5. Bella has only one facial expression; Bellatrix has lots of evil faces she can gladly make.
6. Etc.

Bellatrix, shes crazy, pretty, strong, confident, and not a whiney wimp.

bellatrix may be evil but at least she has a personality unlike little bella swan. bellatrix is also way smarter, she never tried to jump off a cliff just to see voldmort hallucinations. (even though she is madly in love with him.) bellatrix also doesnt rely on people to come to her rescue like little bella swan, she actually gets of her butt and saves herself.

Bellatrix. Definitely. The only thing I don't like about her is she killed one of my favorite characters. I loved Sirius...

Bellatrix is by, far the better character.
She's beautiful, deranged and powerful. Bella is a pathetic, weak, extension of SM's fantasies. She's a total Mary Sue. If they ever were to meet, Bellatrix would be torturing Bella into insanity by the time she could call Edward to save her.

-She was not utterly dependent upon Voldemort and Rudolphus to do everything for her.
-She's relate-able (is it sad I can relate better to a murdering lunatic than a Mary-Sue.
-She's a strong, capable woman.
-Helena can act without pausing, blinking multiple times, and stuttering every few seconds.

Bellatrix Lestrange!!

Bella Swan is a wimpy pushover, not very pretty, not a good friend, and doesnt really do anything other thatn go around talking about how much she loves edward and its not like she does anything special.

Bellatrix Lestrange however, kicks ass, is strong, smart, hot, and totally deranged. Shes not afraid to do whatever she wants plus. And she actually HAS a personality, and is the opposite of s pushover.

Bella Swan is my favorite! :)

I hate them both: Bellatrix because she's such an evil character and Bella because she has no character at all. So I think Bellatrix is my favourite because hating her is far better in my opinion than being annoyed by whiny Bella -.-
