What if JK Rowling re-writes Twilight

I don't think even JKR could salvage Twilight. If she did the entire plot would be different so it would necessarily be 'Twilight', it would be a vampire romance with a plot. Anyway:
1. Real undead vampires
2. The vamps would be dangerous. Edward would've attacked Bella in a point of weakness.
3. The 'werewolves' would never have been called that. They would've been shape shifters (like an animagus) and I think each would probably take a different form.
4. The characters would be deeper
5. The Volturi would be introduced in the first book and would actually be evil.
6. Edward wouldn't stalk Bella and wouldn't be abusive
7. Jacob would've actually had a chance in the fight for Bella.
8. No imprinting and no 'love at first sight'
9. No automatically popular Bella
10. More diversity

In short, plot.

1. The vampires would NOT sparkle.
2. Everyone would a personality <3
3. Edward would not be as creepy.
4. Bella would not be a Mary-Sue
5. There would be no 'dazzling'.
6. The writing would be alot better, and theasaurus's everywhere wouldn't need to carry a rape kit.

1. Real werewolves. The shape-shifters would be called Animagi.

2. No sparkles, unless you're making the unbreakable Vow, which your hand shines.

5. No rape kit or thesauruse. (I Avada Kedavra'd that word)

Well of course i doubt she would "re-write" Twilight, but if she did, all the Vampires would probably change to Wizards, and the werewolves would probably change too trolls or something.
Then there would be no Twilight.
And the story would be very very boring.

Where do I begin? Nobody would seem "perfect"; everyone, even the hero/s would have a flaw.All of the characters would be interesting and unique-in a cool way (whether they be "good" or "bad"). It would be based on adventure, action, and there would be some kind of war-that doesn't involve a vampire and a werewolf fighting over a girl. If there was some romance in it, it would seem more realistic and not so cheesy. Oh yeah, and there would be alot more humor in it.

That would be devastating and very suprising to fans of both Twilight and Harry Potter

-The vampires wouldn't sparkle.

-There would be no Renesmee(If we're talking about the whole series), cos Edwards sperm would kill Bella's egg.

I have to disagree with you. It probably might be more boring for you since a rewritten version of Twilight by JK would be much more longer and have more of a plot. Descriptions would go on for many pages creating a vivid image for us addicts for books. Characters would be more real and seem real. They would have flaws. There would be not just a plot, but subplots along with it. There would be more creatures in there other than vampires and werewolves. Vampires would be vampires and werewolves would be werewolves. It would be in Europe most likely causing the whole story to change. The Volturi would not be called Volturi. There would be more books considering how long a relationship actual forms and works towards marriage and kids. There would be conflict an actual one! Everyone would speak in British accents!

The twi characters will have higher IQs & EQs.

Plot-twists. Even if Rowling's plot-twists are very predictable, at least she has some.
The only plot-twist Twilight had was when Jacob wanted to kill Reneesme and the next moment he fell in love...Instead of shocking me, which is what plot-twists do, it made me wonder if Twilight's editors had actually read the book before printing it. A good editor would have removed that piece of pedo.

i am a die hard twilight fan, but harry potter was came first, so i'm pretty much 50-50, but i really dont think jk would do that! she has an amazing book series of her own and she's already rich beyond belief, so what would be the point?

JK Rowling would never rewrite Twilight.
She wouldn't want to and Stephenie Meyer wouldn't allow it. Twilight is great the way it is.

It would have a plot and realistic, relatable characters. I would actually enjoy reading it.

It wouldn't be Twilight. JK would transform it into something worth reading :P

Well, I guess it wouldn't have been bad. While reading, she would have made Edward look nothing more but what he really is - an inhuman being. I believe she would have given all the characters a background story, and a personality - which is what SMeyer never bothered doing. (And no, I don't consider "clumsy" and "hard and cold as granite" personality... -.-"

The villains would be really evil. Not the glittery, hand-caressing, all talk and no action types. Siriusly, the Volturis are lame.
