Do you mean the characters or the actors who portray them? This question confused me for a second, but I'll answer anyway. I think I know some people who wore wigs, only some of them (I'm not a hair expert. If you saw my hair IRL, it'd be obvious) but some of them, I could be wrong. So correct me if I'm wrong.

Taylor Lautner wore a wig for Twilight and some of New moon. Kristen Stewart wore one-I forget when, but it was after she cut it for the Runaways.

I think Emma Watson wore a wig in the last movie-her hair looked a lot different compared to HBP. The guy who played Hagrid. And the guy who played Dumbledore? (Lol, I think he might've wore a beard wig, too. Does that count XD).

That's all I got. I never really thought we'd be asked about wigs. Plus, I realized I forgot about the actors of the movies. :P I need to get updated a bit.

I think also the actress of Tonks wears a wig.
