*clears throat* First of all, can I just say one thing? WE. ARE. NOT. SLUTS. Second of all, Rob/Edward is NOT the ONLY reason we like Twilight. I mean, sure, a majority of fans like him, but he`s not the only reason they like Twilight. Take me as an example; I love Rob, because I think he really is a great actor, and Edward, because he`s willing to do anything in his power to protect Bella, because he loves her (which I love about him, and Bedward). But, he`s not the only reason I like Twilight. When I first read the books, I fell in love with them - because of Bella & Edward`s love story, and some of the other couples and character`s stories and histories/pasts as well. I also thought Stephenie wrote the books very well - she made Bella & Edward seem like the modern/present day Romeo & Juliet, like many people have said. Then, when I heard there was going to be a Twilight movie, I got so excited! I didn`t even care or know who was going to play Edward or the rest of the characters. But, when I saw the movie, I liked who played who; I didn`t just like Rob or Edward or fall in love with him, I just liked Rob`s acting and portrayal of Edward. I think the cast was very well chosen. So there. I hope I din`t bore you all too much, but those are all the reasons why Twilight fans ARE NOT SLUTTY.

Umm I know this is an opinion, but How is it slutty! Slutty implies something sexual and it's a little hard to do anything sexual with someone that's not real! lol You're also kinda calling us dumb! And you don't even know us!

I respect peoples right to have an opinion but this "question" really ticked me off. You owe all of the "girl population" an apology for implying that they're slutty and stupid. Please explain that! The only way that would be slutty and stupid is if that one guy was sleeping with the million girls!! And the last time I looked the only thing Robert Pattinson was influencing people to do is to see his movies! You need to apology..Seriously!

YES we are! OMG I liked Twilight so much better before everyone was obsessed with it just because of Edward and Robert Pattinson. Don't get me wrong I like the books, just not the people who like it for the wrong reason.

Hmmm..... I was just reading all of this and I found it kind of strange. I mean, yes, they both are great book series' and some people prefer one over the other but this whole war thing is just a tad over the top. I personally don't agree with Frostdragon, but I still know that even though I do have, let's say, a completely harmless crush on a fictional character, I know I'm not a slut. Just saying that if people insult others they're not going to lie down and take it. I prefer twilight but I'm not some stupid obsessed twilighter and I don't think I'm any better than people who don't like twilight. Maybe we should all just accept that different people have different opinions. (and I made sure I'm not offending people in this message, so I would be very grateful if I didn't get insulted in return) Just something to think about...
