Stop mistreating HP fans!

Sometimes you have to stop and ask "are we any better?" and I think sometimes we're equally as childish.

Well, actually, now that I think about it I have been called stuff along the lines of "single ugly cow, i bet u dnt hav a bf!" Because according to them anyone who likes HP is ugly. Okay, Emma likes HP but she's not ugly?
It's like saying every girl who doesn't have a boyfriend is a lesbian.
And just because someone's smart and likes to read stuff like Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, does not mean they are nerds.

All the times that I've insulted others.

From what I've observed, there isn't much Harry Potter hate here.

But on the other hand, at first glance, you see people say things like "I'm gonna act like a stupid twi-hard for a week" (not an exact quote) and all those pictures.. And comments saying twilight fans are derranged and that Twilight fans have no brains.

Someone mearly states that they don't like Harry Potter and they get ripped apart.

I have no idea what sort of world you live in where you feel insulted. Perhaps some inverted magical land? I don't know. (that's not an insult)

It's like the pot calling the silver kettle black.

Ahem i am a fan of both but honestly i feel like this spot is a second harry potter fan club combined with anti-twilight.

I don't think I've every actually been personally insulted by a Twifan before. Then again, (barring obvious trolls) I've never personally insulted a Twifan either.

I don't think I've ever been really insulted, that I can remember. But I've seen it happen LOADS.

Oh, too many times to count. Someone even found out my email adress, and started sending threats when I created a website against Twilight. Not only that, but I've actually been ATTACKED by a twitard, who may I just add, was 5 years older than me?

Ive benn insulted quit badly by Twilight fans in real life too.

I actually am insulted by my family members,for being an HP fan.Then so Twihards get vicious in internet too

But yes, I have been called a nerd for liking HP . . . by my best friend, actually . . . but hey, she's the one who likes lame ol' Twilight . . . LOL.

I have been insulted a few times in the past, but I haven't really had any major problems.
I'd just like to highlight the fact that everytime I have been insulted, it has been by a Twifan. I'd like to say that they are getting better though. I have noticed that many of them have stopped liking Twilight so much now, meaning a lot of the crazy ones have stopped insulting people for not liking the books.

Harry Potter and Twilight fans alike are insulted, for different reasons.
For Twilight fans, they are accused of being "crazy" and "ignorant." This is not true, because, out of 100000 fans, I bet only one or two fans are like that.
Harry Potter fans are mistreated,too. If you say you are an HP fan, then many people automatically assume you think Twilight fans are crazy because of another fan's behavior. When you try to defend yourself from criticism, people say "you do the same thing to Twilight fans!!!!" Even if you haven't done a thing.
All this "mistreatment" should actually be called "misunderstanding." You see, HP and T fans are just making generalizations. If one Twilight fan spells everything wrong, that does not make all Twilight fans dumb. If one HP fan says "Twilight fans are crazy" that doesn't mean all HP fans think so. Personally, I think we might all get along a little better if we think of each fan as an individual person instead of just a part of a group.
