Harry Potter Vs. Twilight Question

How does Sephanie Meyer respond to criticism?

Does anyone know what Stephanie Meyer's response was when Stephen King said that she "can't write worth a darn"?
I can't seem to find her reaction anywhere, did she react at all, or did she just ignore it? Also, I heard that she has her brother or someone check her email, and remove any criticism, so that she only revives praise. Is it true that she absolutally refuses to recieve criticism for her books, or are these rumors?

Wow, that is just really weird. It's like she's freaking five. Actually judging by her writing, that wouldn't be to hard to believe. No, but seriously is she kidding? If you are going to do something creative like write a book, you're going to have to deal with some criticism. Not everybody likes everything. If you need someone to make sure no criticism reaches you, than that's pretty sad.

But, she gets hundreds (I guess) of mail per day. I dont think he would want to do that, it would take forever.

I don't know how she reacts to every criticism she gets, but I do know that a few times shes writen it off as the person "reading too much into the story" or says "it's just fantasy."

She must have a very devoted brother.....I wouldn't delete that scale of hate-mail for any of my siblings....or anyone at all as a matter of fact. Perhaps she pays him......or perhaps he's just sad.
