Harry Potter Vs. Twilight Question

Okay, I want to hear the reasons that Twilight is better than Harry Potter. Think hard.

I DO NOT want Harry Potter fans to answer this question. We should give Twilight fans a space to share their opinion without getting burned. Twilight fans, answer however you'd like. Harry Potter fans, you can debate in the comments. I know that there are more Harry Potter fans than Twilight fans on this page, so Twilight fans, SPEAK UP! (P.s. I will probably debate with you. Just a warning ;) )

I decided to delete my answer, because I hadn't read the part where you stated you could debate with us (my bad), and I only read the first HP book, so my knowledge on HP is very limited. Therefore I couldn't really debate on why Twilight's better if I don't know HP that well. :)

Secondly the reason I think its better is coz every single teenage girl can relate to it and it was unique.It was I think the best love story after romeo and julliet though some of you guys may say am crazy and all comparing shakespears to SM but it is how I see it and then the story is soo unique like the Families shown in this book, Well I am afraid alot of people nowadays dnt even know thier mother or fathers name coz they havent visited them or hate them and want to move out as soon as possible.In Twilight the cullen family they are strangers but they love each other like a real family who wouldnt want that?Right??And then there is the whole Edward Bella love story every single girls in this world wants someone to love her alot and forever.And that is potrayed really well in this Book.

I understand where you're coming from, but I really don't agree with what you said about every teenage girl relating to Bella. I'm a teenage girl, and I'm not a clumsy, helples female who lets a man control her life. I think that Bella sends a bad message to girls everywhere, and I don't like that people can relate to that.

Just saying, but it's not really a good idea to marry your "high-school sweetheart", much less spend ETERNITY with them. I can see your point, but I don't think that Edward and Bella have much going on. O.o Its just very... mushy. And squishy. Its puppy love, lust, with some romantic love thrown in. They don't seem to be very good friends before marrying...
