Harry Potter Vs. Twilight Question

Breaking Dawn movie . . .

Okay . . . so . . . is this movie going to be two parts or not?
If it is going to be split: NOOOOO! WHY? It doesn't NEED to be split! They're just trying to make money! And copy Harry Potter! UGH!
If it isn't going to be split: Thank God.
So, what are y'alls opinions on this? And tell me if they're splitting it or not! Thanks!

the book is TOO LONG so they had to split them in two

Just because it's long doesn't mean it has a lot of substance.

the book may be long but if I went through it and took out Edward descriptions, bad Mary Sue terms and paedophilia phrases it would be about ten pages.

what a way to bring the Harry Potter vs Twilight thing up to a whole new level.

They've confirmed that the movie will be split. I don't agree with this, both movies will drag. The book doesn't have enough substance to be split into two movies.

This is an article on the matter: link

It is, but there's not enough action for it, so it'll probably be boring. Knowing Meyer, she'll probably write at the end "To Be Continued".
EDIT: I think the first part is rated PG-13 and the second part rated R.
Oh, and I don't think it should be split in two.
Summary:
Bella and Edward get married. They have sex half the time in the book. She gets pregnant (which is impossible!) and then a few chapters are about Jacob seeing her. She has the child and turns into a vampire. Other vampires come and they talk. Volturi come and no fight happens. Edward and Bella make out again. Yep, so much....

I don't see why Breaking Dawn will be in two parts. I can see why Harry Potter will, it has too much information for one movie. Though I didn't read Breaking Dawn, my friend told me that there was going to be two Breaking Dawn movies. A PG-13 version and a R version (Probably from a specific scene that's too vulger for tweens/young teens?) That's all I've heard.

Breaking Dawn Is Only Five Pages Shorter Than The Last Harry Potter! They Should Both Have Two Movies! :)

^ Yeah, but Deathly Hallows actually has a ton of necessary plot events.

I should become a director and make it a 5 minute movie, lol. Who's planning on watching it for fun? I know i won't be allowed to but it's not like i wanna see it. I don't think Breaking Dawn has enough substance for two movies. The pages don't matter. The details do.

I'm not going to watch that movie, nuh-uh, no way. I wonder what they'll put in the previes?
Unless they make a PG-13 version and R version, I don't see why it needs to be a two part movie. Harry Potter 7 is just too elaborated for 1 movie, but Twilight?
Scenes after Bella's transformed and of the mariage I guess is the only stuff they can put in it...

OH MY GOD.

*distraught angry face*

WHAT????!!!!!!!! (I apologise for the abuse of caps and punctuation here) SURE, that book was split into three sections but PRACTICALLY NOTHING HAPPEND:

Edward: I does.
Bella: I does. LET'S SHAG!
*fade-to-black shitty scene*
Bella: Ise preggers!
Edward: Kill it!!
Jacob: Ise a pedo.
Bad Vamps: We kill the demon!
Edward: N'awww, blah blah blah.
S.Meyer: The End.

THAT IS IT! Why do they need to split it?! That's totally copying Harry Potter! It was Meyer's idea, wasn't it?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

LOL i find it quite ironic that some people call Harry Potter "Harry Pothead" when Kristen Stewart smokes pot and she came up with that idea and they LISTENED to her? She just knows that's the only job she's gonna get after this and she wants to drag it out more.

The Movie Will Be Split Into Two Parts! Whoever Started The Rumor That It Will Be Rated R Is Incorrect! The Movie Needs To Be Two Parts Because, If You've Ever Read The Book, It Has Way Too Much Information For Just One! The Casting Will Stay The Same-They've All Signed Another Contract! Why In The Hell Would Twilight Need To Copy Harry Potter? Both Movies Are Very Good And Both Are Best-Selling Books! They Aren't Trying To Make More Money! They're Trying To Give The Fans The Ultimate Ending! We Deserve That, Don't You Think!

No, I read Breaking Dawn (like, 4 times or something- ikr? so sad) and it really doesn't need to be split into two movies. Not very much happened, but there was a lot of unnecessary fillers.

and @shivers-zimmy what the hell is up with the Put A Capitol Letter At The Beginning Of Every Word? Must take you about ten days to write an essay of 500 words.

It's just somethig that I do. But out of respect for FredWRules, I'll quit on this one. Sorry that you didn't like Breaking Dawn, but I did. I'm excited to see it in two movies. You don't have to watch it. Sorry if I've offended anyone (exept for LoveforServerus, because people like that just piss me off, just like they want) and FredWRules, no offense taken!

Isn't this the book that alot of ex-Twilight fans became ex fans because of? If the book is that bad, and they are splitting it, it seems like it is copying HP, as well as trying to rip off fans who they know will pay any to go and see both.

I agree they are trying to make more money but I believe that they'll lose money bec of it. And I hate the fact that some movie people are like that they believe everyone is made of money and that people really care about a book that doesn't have enough info for 2 movies
