Who here has read both Harry Potter and Twilight?

If you have, then good for you. If you haven't - you've only read one of the series - then why are you here? I have seen many people on this spot - both Harry Potter and Twilight fans - say they hate the other series. And when you ask them if they've even read the opponent series before, they usually say 'No, and I never will' or something along those lines.

If you are one of those people, please (PLEASE) read the other series. Harry Potter fans who have never read Twilight before: please read Twilight. Twilight fans who have never read Harry Potter before: please read Harry Potter. You shouldn't have the right to criticize another series if you never even bothered to pick it up and read it. And I don't mean a few chapters, I mean read the whole series.

I find it really idiotic and naive to hate something you never experienced. This is a debate spot: you can't argue for one side if you have no idea what you are arguing against.

I have in fact read both series and have always loved HP.

At a time I did like Twilight but they started comparing it to HP and calling it the "next harry potter" and there were so many people saying it had no plot etc and i just realised it was true.

Sorry, but I really strongly dislike twilight

That annoys me too. I've read the Twilight series twice, Harry Potter 1-4 9 times and 5-7 5 times, so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about when it comes to both, and it really annoys me when there are people who haven't read both series.

They were fascinating and it truly bugs me when a person who hasn't fully read one series but has the other and they criticize that series. Get over yourselves if that is the case because yes you have an opinion, it is just that we don't like hearing you.

The reason I joined this club is to check out the funny pictures they have. I've only read the first Twilight book and I didn't read the next one, cuz the first was just confusing...
