FIRST OF ALL: Harry is HOTTER that freaking Edward Sparkle Boy. Also, Harry has a personality and isn't bipolar. He treats Ginny with respect and truly cares about her, he doesn't end up marrying her and having kids because she "smells good". Harry actually CARES about his friends, too. He is very brave and a great leader, unlike Eddykins. Furthermore, Ginny and Harry actually LIKE each other and are a great couple. They were friends since they met, and they slowly grew into a relationship. And their love is actually LOVE, not lust being called love. Harry actually has brains, aswell. He may not be really "book smart", but he has very good insticts and can be very smart at times. Eddy? No.

Harry also knows how to pick his friends, and he STICKS BY THEM. He is so loyal, and will always defend his friends. He didn't care what other people thought when he sat with Luna and Neville on the train, because he is very kind and doesn't let popularity influence him. He is a true friend through and through. Edward and Bella abandon their friends and are selfish throughout the series. They only care about themselves and they don't seem to care about anyone, even friends who loved them, whatsoever. Need I say more?

Harry is a WIZARD, which shows true awesomeness. Edward is a SPARKLY VAMPIRE..... gay much????? REAL vampires die in the sun, not sparkle!
Harry plays Quidditch. Quidditch VS Baseball? Do I even have to tell you who wins there??? Didn't think so. In addition, Harry goes to HOGWARTS, a MAGICAL school. Edward goes to a regular high school. WOOHOO!

Finally, Harry actually has a life and goes on multiple adventures. What does Eddy boy do all his life? Stalk his girlfriend. Now THAT is not sad at ALL (sarcasm).
Overall, Harry Potter's entire personality, life, and looks are FAR better than Edward "Sparkly Fairy" Cullen.

Because I find good personality to be far more meaningful, beautiful and desirable than good looks.

1. Harry actually has a personality.
2. Harry doesn't sparkle.
3. Harry has a brain.
4. Harry has a girlfriend with a brain.
5. Harry is gorgeous on the inside (and out, in my opinion).

Because Harry Potter isn't abusive, he's cute, he's the boy who lived, he isn't "sparkly" and when he was dating Ginny you didn't see him doing anything wrong to her did you? Plus, Harry has a much better personality and cares for other people. He actually WORRIES about his friends getting hurt because of him! Edward Cullen isn't "gorgeous" heck, he's not even SPARKLY! He's crazy!

Oh, let me count the ways...

At any point, did Harry stalk the girls he liked?
Does he take up quoting Shakespeare as a hobby (and if he did, he'd probably do it better)?
Does he choose his girlfriends by sniffing them?
Does he sparkle?

The answer to all of these questions is "NO!"

Now...

Does Edward have personality?
Does Edward have flaws?
Can anyone have a decent, normal conversation with him?
Does he sacrifice himself to save THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE?
Does Edward have an opinion on anything other than Bella?
Are Edward's struggles relateable?
Do you ever feel bad for Edward?
Does Edward ever loose anyone close to him (death)?

The answer to all of these questions is "NO!"

I worry for future generations. And I can tell you haven't read any of the Harry Potter books, so stop ranting on about how hot Eddykins is compared to Harry. Try arguing about the plot lines, character developments, and/or messages portrayed in the books. (Oh that's right, Twilight doesn't have any!) - Unless you count all the 'Right. My boyf's left me, so ima go fall in love with another guy til Eddie comes back' or 'it's okay to stalk someone as long as you 'love' them' or 'it's okay to ditch your friends for your boyfriend and his rich siblings.'

Eh? Are you kidding me? Harry looks better than Edtard. He doesn't ditch his friends a lot (even if he and Ron had a fight, they didn't leave each other's side), and you know this thing called "gender"? Harry isn't gay but Edwart is (I mean SPARKLING?! *Hermione voice* What. An. Idiot).

1. Harry doesn't sparkle. Please note that sparkling makes Edward Cullen weird(Edit: It also makes him gay), not gorgeous.
2. Sane people tend to find stalkers (read: Edward Cullen) creepy.
3. Harry does not say lame things like, "the lion fell in love with the lamb"
4. Harry does not abuse Ginny.
5. Harry goes to HOGWARTS, not Forks High School.
6. Harry destroys the most evil wizard of all time while Edward Cullen is busy sparkling.

Dont get me wrong, i like them both, but even if you dont like one of them, you dont go around dissing it, esspecially on a spot made for fans of both >:(

It's because people who like HP more that gorgeous Edward Cullen don't care if he's "gorgeous" or not, but they care about his personality. People who like HP don't really say he's hot and that's why they love him.
So, coolbek, if you like the gorgeous Edward Cullen becoz he's gorgeous, i advise you to think once more.

And don't offend me, HP fans, i prefer Draco and Snape over Harry ;)
