Do you think it's a good idea to be Justin Bieber for halloween? I'm starting to plan early so I can put a great costume together this year...last year I was a fairy...and it was BORING. I want to look like Justin Bieber from head to toe! I already have a purple hoodie and i'm getting a wig from link does anyone have any tips? Have any of you been JB for halloween yet?
