1) Derek and Meredith

4) Arizona and Callie


Derek and Meredith are my favorite couple because they are so good together. Derek and Meredith are happier when they're in each other's arms.

Mark and Addison are my second favorite couple because I love them together and now that they're not together, it sucks for me.

Owen and Cristina are next because I feel like they could be a good match for each other.

Arizona and Callie are my last top couple because they are good together and Callie is happy with Arizona.

Derek and Meredith plus Mark and Addison are #1 and #2 because I love the way they interact with each other.
