well i think cho knows cause Rigsby told him that he told va pelt the he loves her and cho just not saying anything and jane know because he jane.

Cho knows definetly because Rigsby tells him everything, I think Jane pretends he doesn't know just to embarrass them and Lisbon knows that Rigsby loves Van Pelt and I think that she knows that Van Pelt likes him back but is too focused on crime as with Jane.

The whole team officially found out in Bleeding Heart. It mentions though, that everyone, apart from Lisbon, had figured it out a long time ago, but we don't know exactly when.
