First of all, you are aware that the first time Blair and Chuck had sex she was drunk, right? That's the only reason she slept with him in the first place, so going by your logic, you would have to agree that Blair's relationship with Chuck was unhealthy from the very beginning.

Secondly, the writers have continuously stated that the bad sex was due to nerves. Dan and Blair only had bad sex once, then went on to have great sex three times in a row. They may have needed to drink to loosen up their nerves, but there's definitely no guarantee that's going to be the norm. Now that they know they can have good sex, I'm betting the alcohol won't be necessary next time ;)

Beyond that, Dorota made it pretty clear that she and Vanya once had some trouble in the bedroom themselves and look at what an amazing couple they make!

All I'm saying is, real relationships take work and the fact that Dan and Blair were determined to get through the problem just proves that Dair is for real.
