Blake Lively was already on the sisterhood of the traveling pants so she had her chance to win an award, Taylor Momsen was acting since she was a kid, and that leaves the best actress on gossip girl to win my vote.

I admit Blair's my 2nd fave character of the show (after chuck) but also I think Leighton is the best. Then Blake, and then Taylor. Taylor just kinda bugs me when she's on screen. I agree with Leightonfan, Blake already had her chance so overall, I think Leighton deserves it. She's awesome. :)

I'm not even gonna say what I think of Jenny, but I think Taylor is a pretty good actress. Leighton is the best though, in my opinion. And not just because I love Blair. 8)

i think there both GR8 actrisz but i think blaire looks in the wrong direction sumtimes (like her eyes wonder) but she deserves it mor cuz she became an AMAZING actriz over gossip grl. like she grew ALOT. nows shell like FABULOUS!!!

I think Leighton was ALWAYS amazing... her "you take everything from me" in Bad News Blair broke my heart, when she read the letter to Serena in Poison Ivy, that broke my heart too, and all these were at the beginning, so IMO she didn't BECOME an amazing actress, she just always was an AMAZING actress=P
