I think they appreciate eachother more this season, and their scenes together are way adorable =]

How the hell is Season Two winning this...???

Season One had Serena leaving Thanksgiving with her boyfriend to look after Blair whom she had just argued with, the whole end of 1x13 when Blair was going to run away, Blair stopping Lily sending Serena away to reform school... amongst about a million other scenes!

Season Two had what? Serena taking Blair's friends to get back at Dan, Serena telling Blair that she's been having to bend over backwards her whole life not to upset her (because sleeping with Nate was doing JUST that), Serena trying to throw Blair off her game at her interview for YALE- her whole future... not to mention in 2x14 when Blair was clearly scared shitless in the corridor at school about Chuck, and Serena stood holding her hand for about two seconds before saying WHOOPS THE BELL I HAVE TO GO... I mean WTF was up with that?... it was only in the last few episodes that they started to go back to what I would call BFFs, the way they were last season.


Edit: Serena even said herself to Lily in Seder Anything that she knew she had been hurting Blair the past year, so..?
Though, their scene at the end of that episode was sweet (in Blair's bedroom), but that was AFTER Serena admitted she had been pretty much the shittiest friend ever for the enirity of Senior Year.

I thought that their friendship was stronger in season one.
