“What did you do, Mom?” Jason asked.
    “How do you feel about Roxanne? Do you like her?”
    “Yes, I like her. Why are you asking me this?”
    “Roxanne is your fiancée, sweetheart. Blair and I arranged for the two of you to marry when you’re ready. Chuck and your father had no idea that we did this. She and I agreed that the time has come for us to come clean with each of our children.”
    Jason just stood there in shock as he heard his mother telling him that he already had a fiancée despite the fact that they had just started dating. He remembered his father telling him that he could come to him if he had any questions and that was his next stop. He excused himself from his meeting with his mother and decided to ask his father if he knew what his mother had planned or if he was shocked as well. “Did you know what Mom was planning in regards to my future, Dad?” Jason asked.
    “No. Your mother surprised me with this bombshell because I had no idea that she had planned this out years earlier without letting me know. I was shocked just as you were.” Nate told his son.
