Could this be Chucks not so dead mom? (see pics)

I found so spoiler pics online of Chuck, Blair and a new charater. I had heard some roumors that Chucks mom might not be as dead as we think she is. Dose anyone know if that is true, or do u know who this charater is?


On another note I was running around tribecca this moring (ok running late for a work meeting) when I saw Chace Crawford filming on setright across from the Smyth Hotel. There may have been other cast members there too but I was in a bit of a hurry, anyway it really made my day

OR EVEN A FAKE SENT BY JACK?
we have no idea right now, it's likely/been around that she is his mother, but we have nothing backing up that theory.
