Once there was a pick like: A little random word to desxcribe Serena, and most of the people voted for scandalous, and other not too nice words.. I commented this: Why do people hate her and love Blair? I love them both, but we have to accept that Blair is a b**tch when she wants to be, and Seerena is totally friendly, she never wants to hurt people, and she does not discriminate and exclude people who arent Upper East Siders(I mean poor people, for example Dan or Vanessa) but Blair does. And I dont get it why so many people hate her, and all love Blair. I loove them both

Serena is a really nice person. She is intelligent, beautiful, wise, smart, open minded, cheerful and funny. She hasn't stereotypes like Blair, she accepts everyone that is nice to her no matter if he/she is rich or poor...she is always there for her friends, like they are for her. But Its not all nice, there are bad things too. She is naive, trusts people more than she should, has faith in everything and everyone, and puts her emotions before everything - because of that she is easily manipulated and betrayed...and she is easily hurt.

I have to admit, I started liking her after the first episode because her personality and life reminds me of me....
