Are Brittany and Mike dating? And are Mike and Tina related?

I noticed in last night's ep that Mike's last name is Chang and Tina's last name is Cohen-Chang. Do they have any relation?

And i've heard that brittany and mike are dating. is this true? (on the show, not real life)

And with Tina and Mike, I don't think they're related. I think it's just another one of the show's over the top stereotypes. They are both Asian, and they have the same typical Asian last name, Chang.
