With the recent release of Girls' Generation 1st Asia Tour:Into The New World DVD the girls have managed to take another top spot in Japan.

This time SNSD conquered Japan's Tower Records Weekly DVD Chart with their release of Girls' Generation 1st Asia Tour:Into The New World DVD.This 2-Disc DVD and Photobook was only released around two weeks ago,and has already managed to capture first place in Japan for "Integrated DVD sales" for all stores.This is an impressive feat considering that the DVD is filled with Korean performances.Even more impressive is the fact that they have taken the top position against competition from Japanese Rock band Grapevine as they have also released a concert DVD,"GRAPEVINE tour 2011" just this past week.
