Who has a better voice : Tae Yeon or IU ?

I prefer Taeyeon :) Although IU can sing really high, Taeyeon has power, vibrato, and can hit both high and low notes. She's the #1 singer to me~ ^^

Both Taeyeon's voice and IU's are good. But i prefer Taeyeon's.Though IU can reach a very high note but she cant absorb herself in the song as deeply as Taeyeon can.Taeyeon sings each word of the song from the bottom of her heart,and her beautiful voice can make listeners cry,i love her voice much

Both are really good but actually i though TaeYeon has a nicer voice...her voice is just powerful and unique~~for IU,she can hits a higher note than TaeYeon but her voice aren't that powerful~x3

IU although I'm a fan of SNSD, IU sing better than Taeyeon and IU can even sing well in Japanese , almost like a Japanese singer, been a fan of JKPOP and I can tell.

I reckon IU.
Maybe because she has more control.
While Tae has all this power.
But you know, IU is a soloist so she is only singing by herself.
But Tae has the rest of SoShi to back her up.
I love them both though.

I think Taeyeon is better, doesn't mean that IU can reach 3 high notes means she is the best. Taeyeon has I strong and powerful voice while IU tries to reach the high notes and I can see that it is very painful...

Of course Taeyoen voice is the best! Taeyoen has emotions in her singing and she can hit low and high notes. People say that iu has better vocal in singing high notes like the high note of I'm in my dream~~~ however taeyoen didn't have the chance to sing such a high song and can't show her talent. And when iu sang the high note part there's a yelp at the end. Fans think of it as cute but its a sound that shows she gasping for air. And the high note length is her limit. If taeyoen sang the high note part that our had sang it will confirm be better than iu. So TAEYOEN is the best! TAEYOEN TAEYOEN TAEYOEN !!!

To be honest, both of them are great. But comparing both of them is a way to show who is better. I mean all of us have different ability and capacity. Some may say IU can't absorb herself in the song as Taeyeon did. But I think IU did sing with feeling as shown in her songs. In twenty-three she express herself alot. And during lives performance for My old stories, she really is combining with each words in her songs, her expression in each songs is good. Taeyeon can hit vibrato but she did not yet seen to compose, produce and even write her own songs compare to IU did. So I don't understand why people say this is better than this while they can be a tie. So I can't see why people actually said Taeyeon is better absorbing the songs, while IU did not. IU even write good songs, she even express herself into the lyrics which is very unique. Conclusion: Taeyeon absorb, IU combine right? No need to bash IU, she did nothing wrong to your foqing life XD so did Taeyeon stahp bashing herrr!!

Taeyeon is the best. I like IU's voice, but her music is boring for me.
