1.Tiffany and Jessica-they are both fluent,excellent and masters English and they can speak English really well too and they are the best SNSD/Girls generation members who can speak English!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :).
2.Seohyun-she's excellent and expert at English speaking and her English accent is really excellent and high quality.
3.Taeyeon-she's excellent in English and she can speak English really well.
4.Sooyoung-we all know that Sooyoung is really good In English,there are more videos at YouTube that you can see,she's also an English expert! :).
5.Sunny-she's very good at English,she was born in America,and then transfer to Kuwait and years passed,they transfer to Korea,SMTown said "her English is very good and also,she knows a lot in English!".
6.Yuri-she's also good in English,but she just have to improved her grammar a little bit :).
7.Hyoyeon-she can speak english correctly and she's a bit good at English nowadays,SMTown said,Hyoyeon English really Improved.
8.Yoona-sorry,because she cannot speak English well "Most of the time",her accent was not that good and most of her English grammar is wrong.

If you go on YouTube and type in SNSD funny english intro, you can see why I ranked them in that order . Taeyeon is really good with english. Check out her O Holy Night song she sang for the SNSD Christmas show. You wouldn't even know that english is her second language
