We know that Taeyeon, Jessica and Seohyun are the main singers. However, each of them has a special voice. Both Taeyeon and Seohyun sing with their warm voice while Jessica sings with high-pitched tone. I like Taeyeon's voice which is strong and warm, so I pick her the best singer. According to some TV show, Yuri is known as the only person that sings out of tune, especially when she is in the car. Therefore, Yuri maybe the worst singer.
Hyo Yeon is known as the queen of dancing with lissom steps, so I pick her the best dancer. Tiffany used to make lots of mistake when she perfomed and she is also the person that has to practice dancing a lot. I choose Tiff the worst dancer. However, we can see her great effort to sing and to dance now. SNSD hwaiting !!!!!!!!!

Like Yoona is my favorite member in snsd. She can dance good, and sing good. Tiffany, is a good singer, but she doesn't dance that good. Taeyeon is leader for a reason, she can sing the best in my opinion, but okay in dancing. Jessica is a great singer too, and seohyun. Yuri, hyoyeon, sunny and all the same to me. But yuri, hyoyeon, and yoona I think are the best dancers. NONE of them are bad, their all unique and talented in their own way. So stop with the hate.

1. Taeyeon/Sunny- depending on the song... I've come to the conclusion that Tae fails with consistency and versatility. However does have great control and she knows her vocal range...Same goes for Sun. Moreover, Sun have great versatility & phasing.
1.5. Jessica- versatility to some extent & great control
2. Seohyun- Strong vocal support, phasing and knows her range.
3. Yuri- knows her range & have a good tone. She's has more control than Fany.
4. Tiffany- lacks suitable volume, control & support... Her overall Phasing is bad. Has a nice tone though.
5. Sooyoung/Hyoyeon- depends on the song

Dancer
1. Hyoyeon of course... Dancing Queen is all there is to say on this matter. She's PERFECT.
2. Yuri- but she make lots of mistakes in choreography during live performances
3. Sooyoung- her dancing is just great & entertaining
4. Yoona- I haven't really Sat down & watch Yoona's movement but because she was given the title of lead dance I'm going to assume she's a great dancer.
5. Sunny/Jessica- Sunny was great before her injury... if we logo back on the videos they're tons of evidence to support this. Both are skilled natural dancers... though Sunny make make a mistake here and there it's evidence in her moment that she's a dancer. Anything with Sun Sica is that they tend to put their own personality in their movements. Sunny have this thing of giving you cute, fierce, sexy & class all in one go. While Sica gives you this fierce in your face performance.
6. Seohyun- I'll say she's a good dancer...
8. Taeyeon- she does try along with Fany but sometimes she just can't cut it
9. Tiffany- she spent most of her time during live performances making mistakes & when she mess up she's like a deer in a headlight... she just stand there until she catches on again. Unlike Yuri & Sunny who tries to play it off & are quick to get back into formation.
