The passing of Harold Ramis in 2014 seemed to lead to the end of the original era of Ghostbusters. However, after 2016's reboot failed to impress audiences, the original cast joined a new cast for 2021's Ghostbusters: Afterlife. The film served as a tribute to Harold Ramis. The film was directed by Jason Reitman. Jason Reitman's the son of Ivan Reitman, who directed the first two Ghostbusters films and produced the other films. This my review of the Ghostbusters. Ghostbusters had 2 films in the 1980s' and the new film came out in 2016. It's time to find out which Ghostbuster film is the best and which Ghostbusters film is worth being busted by the ghostbusters.

1984 film review:

The first Ghostbusters film of often considered to be the best Ghostbusters film which is understandable. This is my favorite 1980s' film. It's aged well due to its' clever writing, good pacing, and entertaining cast. The film is a comedy, but it also has adventure and excitement.

The Ghostbusters are a good team. I like all 4 of the members....

Columbia Pictures is getting serious about scaring up a new installment of its blockbuster "Ghostbusters" franchise.
The studio has set "The Office" co-exec producers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky to write a script for a film designed to bring back together the original cast of Harold Ramis, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson.

Studio would not comment on the development and has been mum on recent rumors that there was interest in making another installment of the franchise.

The scribes just wrote "Year One," a comedy that was directed by Ramis....
