Here is recipe:



Ingredients:
- half a kilogram of flour
- one egg
- ¼ cup of hot water
- spoon of oil
- pinch of salt

On stuffing
750 I gramme of potatoes
250 I gramme of cottage cheese
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 spoons of butter
1 spoon of oil
Salt, pepper

(if You don’t like this idea for stuffing, You can replace it with meat, spinach, or even fruit)

Manner of making:
1.On pastry board sift flour, add egg, oil, salt, hot water and knead dough.
2.Dough ball roll to a thickness of about 40 millimeters.
3.Glass carve out a wheel, in which imposes a stuffing.

Stuffing: Potatoes to peel and to cook in salted water. Onions to peel, to chop and to fry on butter together with crushed garlic. To connect with milled cottage cheese, rubbed with potatoes. To season to taste strongly to taste salt and with pepper.

Nectarine and Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients:

3/4 cup sweet white wine, such as Sauternes or sweet Riesling
1/2 cup honey
2 ripe but firm nectarines, thinly sliced
2 cups quartered hulled strawberries
1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
To do it, all you need to do is to combine honey and wine in a small sauce pan. Boil it using a medium heat for six to ten minutes until all the mixture is reduced to ½ cup. Next, add the strawberries, nectarine and ¼ cup of wine syrup. Make sure to refrigerate the remaining ¼ cup of the syrup to cool it. Then, beat the cream until the stiff peaks form. Beat the yogurt and refrigerated wine syrup. Lastly, spoon ¼ cup of yogurt-cream into every dessert glass and top it with ½ cup of fruit mixture. Repeat the process for the next layers.
