So tough, I think the show is really, really well cast!

I don't think I can possibly choose this, since most of these actors are what interested me in the show in the first place.

The list in no particular order goes....
Sean Bean-No explanation needed.

Peter Dinklage- Ever since his hilarious performance in the *original* Death At a Funeral.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau-He's always been "that quiet guy" in most of his supporting movie roles. This is the first time he actually gets a chance to do something other than stand next to the star.

Iain Glen- I have a 'love to hate' relationship with him ever since he played Vaughn on Spooks lol.

Harry Lloyd- Because I have some left over Will Scarlet love from BBC's Robin Hood. Damn did he get hotter since then LOL.

Very hard choice for me... Choosing between Sean Bean and Harry Lloyd? They're equal to me.

Lloyd is much younger and I've started to love him after seeing him as Viserys. I'd seen him in Robin Hood before and haven't realized his great talent till I saw the Game of Thrones. Now I'm rewatching Robin Hood series lookind with a fresh eye at Will Scarlet <3 <3 <3

While Sean Bean has been my most favourite actor for over 3 years - that's why I picked him.

^ About Harry Lloyd, me either. He was very underutilized in RH and I think thats the reason I never gave him a second look....until now. Who would have ever thought all that talent was hiding in that skinny little Will Scarlet package. RH writers didn't, because they forgot about him and left him in the Holy Land LOL.

Well, I've been in love with Joseph for quite a while, so needless to say I was overjoyed/ecstatic/so excited I was about to have a heart attack when I heard he was cast, but I also LOVE Charles Dance, another big celeb crush of mine (he's just too goddamned hot) and of course Peter Dinklage is Peter freakin' Dinklage.
However, if I were to say who is giving the best performance in the show, I might have to go with Harry Lloyd. He really surprised me with his pitch-perfect portrayal of Viserys. Cruel, insane sadist meets sniveling coward. Brilliant.

^ I forgot about Joseph. He's a very nuanced actor so often his understated performances tend to fly under the radar when they shouldn't. I remember watching the movie Heartless and thinking "who is this guy? and where has he been hiding....

I actually remember watching clips of Kit Harington in a play he did, about horses. And I remember being impressed even then. He plays Jon so well.

Though I do have a soft spot for Sean Bean.

Sean Bean, since I first saw him ,early 90's I think, has become one of my fave actors and I must say that I have a special respect for this actor because once he gets a role he makes it unforgettable.

Whaaaaaa, so hard to choose only one. A lot of them are amazing.

i love Jason but Sean's my fav out of the two. Peter is pretty awesome too. and Jerome and Iain are great as well.

By far the best actor. And the best character.

I think Sean Bean sucks... He just can't act well. Peter Dinklage is a great actor though. But yeah... Kahl Drogo is just the kind of man, who looks at me and I melt away.

Jason Momoa is great even in Stargate, and I look forward to see Conan the Barbarian.

All of these actors were Fantastic in all their performances! But I thought Peter Dinklage did the best job! I loved Sean Beans portrayal as well!

I also like Nikolaj & Jason, but I haven't seen nearly as much of them as I have Sean - the guy's in eeeverything. =P

I like/love most of them, and Kit is closely followed by Peter, Sean, Aidan& Conleth. Isaac, Alfie and Nikolaj and Richard are great too. I think it's a pity that Jamie Sives only appears sometimes till Jory's sad death :(
But I think everyone is made for his role and no one could play it better^^

Gotta love Peter Dinklage, he portrays Tyrion so well! But I'm pretty unhappy witht he fact that Jack Gleeson wasn't on here, he's a very sweet guy outside of the show and to be able to portray someone that evil takes talent.

I just cannot choose, but Charles Dance's expression is always so cold and calm, and I love him for it. He's a true patriot in the series... one you would look up to and fear.

Such a difficult question again! But McCann has such a presence, even if he's just looking.
Could have also name Dinklage, Dance, Glen, Gillen, Wlaschia, Lloyd and Gleeson (playing so, that everybody loves to hate you is no mean feat).

I know everyone hates his character but I think Jack does an amazing job at making him such an evil guy

I love Nikolaj, he's really funny and talented.
