Emilia Clarke back to work on a windy Northern Irish day 

Emilia Clarke has been busy with filming this week, turning up for shooting

this weekend and continuing her work as recently as yesterday.

The khaleesi shared a brief video with fans from her current shooting location in Northern Ireland. Clarke was in full Daenerys getup, with her character’s ultra fair hair in place. She’s in a wildly windy site with her words almost eaten by the noise of it:

Naturally everyone is wondering, what is Emilia Clarke filming on location? Good question. We don’t know yet. Maybe a dragon ride like the video’s tags tease?

she is. We’ve had reports in the last week or so of activity around the Murlough Bay/Fair Head/Ballycastle area.  Yesterday, WotW reader Richard informed us that

filming was taking place on Fair Head, in areas where the show has filmed in the past. HBO’s production set teams have been (temporarily) removing the

tourism marker posts from the area and the signage on top of Fair Head. 

There’s also a tweet from a local, spotting white smoke in the area:

We’ve also heard that crew members have been visiting the Red Door Tea Room in Ballintoy in recent weeks, which is located close to Ballintoy Harbor and Larrybane Quarry where many scenes from various storylines have been filmed for

. According to locals, it was very windy and sunny yesterday afternoon along the north coast in this area near Ballintoy and Fair Head, so the weather suits Emilia’s video.

Coincidence? Possible. But it would be one heck of one. Is Jorah finding his way back to his khaleesi?

Tags definitely suggest dragon ride. Perhaps Daenerys is scouting the land at this location from high up?

Jorah is back for sure. I wonder where and when in Season 7, will he meet his Khaleesi.

The pic reminds me of land outside winterfell but I am probably wrong. Beautiful though 😀

I like how Emilia keep us informed with her posts since no fan could take a single photo of her this year yet.

My guess, it’s the coast of Stormlands – looks rather similar to what we saw in S2. Winterfell area excluded, cause now it has to be covered in snow. But the most interesting thing is that no extras look to be involved in the scene. Of cause, her army may be shown camping nearby with the help of CGI, but on the other hand it might be a hint that Dany will be dropped by Drogon in the middle of nowhere once again.

I wish Jorah would meet Quaithe again while he’s trying to find a cure for his GS though I think Sam and the Citadel could and probably will be involved in it.

CONFIRMED! She doesn’t die off-screen by a random arrow before season 7 starts! Woohoo! CALLED IT!

Looks like Dany will find her red door in Ballintoy! I wonder if the crew picked that tea room because of its name.

I also would like Jorah to revisit Quaithe. It would be the payoff for the Season 2 scene in which Jorah spoke with Quaithe as she was tattoing a man for protection from the greyscale in Valyria.
