Whether or not the heroes and villains of Westeros walk away with award-winning smiles on their faces once the 2015 Emmy Awards wrap up on Sunday night (September 20) is irrelevant — because already, the “Game of Thrones” cast have won the night.

No, nominees Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke and Lena Headey did not preemptively win any awards. We’re talking red carpet winners, and not even talking about Jaime Lannister’s stunning real-life counterpart Nikolaj Coster-Waldau…

John Bradley-West, Alfie Allen, and Conleth Hall — better known to “Thrones” fans as Samwell Tarly, Theon Greyjoy and Varys, among the three least likely faces in Westeros to ever team together, let alone embrace one another in an all-time goofiest group hug.

Who’s bright idea was it to put these three people together?

Okay, I believe that. Varys typically is the brains behind all the brilliant ideas, though I wouldn’t put it past Sam, either.

Anyway, these three guys are the best, and I’m sure I’m not alone in expressing my desire to be their best friend, too. Great news?
