Fruits Basket Reboot/Remake is finally out. And a lot of it seems different. We may get a proper ending this time. I am enjoying this series all over again. I remember the original Fruits Basket series from years ago. I only started watching it, cause i thought the orange haired character Kyo Sohma looked like Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach. Just finished re-reading the manga. Still, it's the BEST shoujo manga series that I've ever read. <3 I also finished re-watching the anime about a week ago and really, too bad for the people who only watched the anime. After spending over $90 buying all 23 volumes before the stores sold out, I lost the VERY last one after just a year. I don't think it's even at my house anymore (!!!) so I really don't know where to look for it. I hope i'm not the only one who feels this way: i have to admit fruits basket (manga) has contributed to my life so much. The life lessons, or i call them "life truths", (ex: when sigure compared anxiety to laundry) helped me bunches. Also the 'theres an umeboshi on your back", and the "everybody has to find their reason to live, nobody is born with it" and many other sayings helped me get through some tough times!
