Hey would any of you wonderful people be kind enough to tell me what's been going on with my beloved Polivia? i've missed so much and now have four weeks to catch up. If i could just know what's been going on i'd b forever grateful.
Posted over a year ago
well actually, i already posted it on her wall. but i haven't gotten any response so i guess she hasn't been on in awhile. maybe she did like you said anyways.over a year ago
Anyone else ever get annoyed by the flash of light in John's right eye? like every close up you can see it and sometimes i find it very distracting. I'm not sure what causes it, whether cataracts surgery or some other kind of abnormality but i kinda wish they would digitally remove it. unless of course it's been added on purpose to the show? but i have a hard time believing that they would have a storyline regarding this and STILL not have given answers to it.

I loved the September sequence, though i wish we had gotten a few more answers than we did. oh well. looks like my Observer theory was wrong. though, now i have a new one about September. anyways, for some reason i wasn't in love with this ep. i don't know, maybe it was just hyped up too much. it had it's moments but i guess i feel like very little actually happened and so it was kinda disappointing in that respect. and now the 3 week hellatus. =(
Posted over a year ago
Well wasnt something special but still i loved it because the Observer poped out with something even more fucked up and i love it.So now this hole TV Show went even more fucked up and i love it :) The only dissapointment i have now is that whe need to wait for 4 fucking weeks :/over a year ago
all shows at this time of the year go on break its no different from other networks its just show they can have the finale in may instead of Aprilover a year ago
I am sure this is his timeline but after what September told him he is so scared he will make the same mistake so he is trying to get homeover a year ago
i think when September said Peter had to go home back to his Olivia, he literally meant that Peter needed to leave his mind right then and he'd be home. As for him thinking that Sept meant to go to his house, i don't think that's what he meant. I think that guy was waiting for peter simply because it was a logical place to wait for him.over a year ago
yes, it started to really pick up by episode 12. now it's insanely good! and just getting better. the next ep is supposedly going to give us answers to the Observer question. and Peter is actually going to go into September's mind to get the answers!!over a year ago
Anyone else have a bad feeling about the title to this week's ep? I mean, i THINK that this ep might be the deciding one as to whether the show will get cancelled or not. as it is, i don't think it's doing very well and then that title makes me freak out a lot, like it's a vision of things to come. =(
Posted over a year ago
Naah i dont think so,i think thats gonna be the begging of all the shit that is going to happend probably and that will continue into fifth season :)over a year ago
If you asking me this show not just that deserves fifth season, its because you got alot of stuff that hasent been reveal yet, alot more to go on.So if you end it this show now alot of questions will be leaved unanswered, unless they try to put that in the last 5-6 episodes of this season wich is kinda stupid if you press the show like that so....i dont know whe have to wait and see,i think in season 2 and season 3 some title episodes had meaning like the show is going to end that season :Dover a year ago
i know i'm not being reasonable, i just have a horrible feeling about it. that being said, i am slightly more optimistic that we'll get another season now.over a year ago
I love Fringe. It needs a fifth season. How awesome was that episode. I want to go back in time and watch it all over again. I cried a little when they kissed in the car. That ending was brilliant. I knew Olivia shouldn't have eaten the soup that day. Drugged. :)
Posted over a year ago
haha! yeah, you'd think she'd have learned her lesson with the tea! oh wait, she wouldn't have remembered that till AFTER the drugging. xDover a year ago
no fox annouced a couple weeks ago that starting in march fringe is going on a three week hiatus with eight new original episodes starting 3/23over a year ago
yay! so not all hope is lost. but if we do get another season, it'd likely be a shortened one and would therefore be rushed given the pace at which it usually goes. so in that respect, i might not want a fifth if it's only gonna have 13 eps.over a year ago
I agree with you,i dont like short season either,13 episodes are low for that show in a season if you ask me.Whe have to wait and see what will be the ending this season.I still think this show can go for a fifth seasonover a year ago
yeah, if we're lucky enough to get another one, i guess i can't really complain about the number of eps. also, i just realized that you haven't been swearing at all recently. did someone complain about it? or do you only do it when you're excited? :Dover a year ago
No i didnt get complains whay?! is that bad?! Im apologizing to you if i have said something wrong to you and yeah most of the times im swearing because im exited and because its implanted in my language cant help myself xDover a year ago
i'm just joking with you. i don't have a problem with your swearing. i just thought it was a little strange that you hadn't been swearing for the last little while. if you were being rude to people, then i would have a problem with you.over a year ago
yeah it was good. much better than last weeks. but i did have a few issues with the ending. also, this is a very minor detail but i thought it was strange that Alstrid had dyed hair. doesn't seem like she would care about such things.over a year ago
Can someone please tell me what happened during the final scene with Olivia and Nina? The link I had been using stopped working with just one minute left.
Posted over a year ago
she went to go make her soup and said she'd give her a new 'drug' that massive dynamic had been working on for her migraines. and an observer was watching outside.over a year ago
it was a good episode and i am glad they all started working together and i don't trust Nina i guess i really never have and I so can not wait for next week that looks like it going to be an awesome episodeover a year ago
This is totally random but i just realized that Peter is such a hypocrite. In Over There Part 2 he says he prefers Fauxlivia's hair colour but in The Box he says that he's always prefered blondes. i wonder if this is a mistake by the writers or else that Peter was only joking about liking Fauxlivia's hair. probably the second one. xD
Posted over a year ago
i don't think he liked fauxlivia's hair i think he just was trying to convense himself that he "belongs" in his "real" unverise, i think he was just adujest to everything its like when u meet someone new even if u don't like something about their appernce but i liked something about their personallity u will say "yeah i like everthing about him/her"over a year ago
I agree with bdavis...I think he was trying to reconcile himself to the fact that he was now in the other universe and he would be there a long time....over a year ago
so you were being serious before i guess. have you seen the promos? i think that if you watch them you'll get excited. it looks like the old Fringe is about to appear again. =)over a year ago
^it will take a lot right now to get me truly back into Fringe, they've lost their magic so I'm hoping that, as, Season 4 Goes on they find their place once again.over a year ago
Also check out the Save Fringe GetGlue campaign. GetGlue is a website designed for you to announce what entertainment you are consuming. Naturally, Fringe is an option for you to select. When Friday 13th comes, make sure you have an account ready to "check-in" to Fringe (and if you have it synced to Facebook and/or Twitter, posts will show up there too). The idea is to tell the world that people ARE watching FRINGE LIVE. We CAN save it!

Okay, change of plan: What we need is a new hashtag that will NOT be used until a few hours before the premiere. This is where #crosstheline comes in - don't start using #crosstheline until 2 hours before the new episode airs (7:00pm) 13th January, but when you do, use it constantly to make FRINGE a trending topic!
If you don't have Twitter, get one at least for this campaign :)

so just started fringe I'm early in season two. and so far i LOVE IT with a passion. i know what happened roughly through the 3rd and 4th seasons because my friend told me (thats how she motivated me to start watching) but this show is seriously brilliant.

This show is truly THE BEST! Can't wait for the new episodes! Hopefully the ratings will improve and we can get a season 5 (and 6 and 7 and 8 and...) :)

Im thinking the same as Vartell, but it could be you never know in what trajectory this show will go so far whe have been suprised all the time :)over a year ago
Random question: Who was Peter adopted by after his father went to the asylum and his mother killed herself? he would have only been about 11-13 by my calculations. i forget if they mentioned grandparents/other relatives or not and i don't recall him ever saying he was in the foster care program like Olivia was.
Posted over a year ago
I think he said relatives, I just don't remember who exactly.....or maybe they never said...(to give his character a bit more mystery) I really don't know lolover a year ago
I know most people didn't really care for the Wallflower episode, but it did speak to me. Honestly! When I read the glyphs it was my name. How cool is that? (Probably not that much, since I have such a common name.)

You know, I was thinking the same thing when I logged off last night. It did make for the most sense. Just curious to find out how they work him back into the story.over a year ago
Really Hating Baseball, that shouldn't have been the fall finale.
Look's like 4x08 is finally going to pick up...so far S4 is slow
Posted over a year ago
look at the bright side. if we had gotten the fall finale episode it would have had an epic cliffhanger and then you'd be dieing to know what happens next. 4.07 had an interesting ending but i wouldn't go so far as to call it a cliffhanger or epic. though i agree with you that it's been rather slow so far. which just means that the rest of the season will be extra awesome to make up for it!over a year ago
So let me get this strait, the next episode is the last from the half season.Because in the promo says:Dont miss fall finale or something...
Posted over a year ago
Yeah i know, before the half season was 8 or 9 episodes, same is with BONES the series just started and its gonna have break after 4 episodes i think and for example you have waited BONES sense May till November :/over a year ago
ooh, the opening had me liking Polivia again! though i was pretty sure it was a dream because the only other option was that he was in a different timeline or something.over a year ago
It was a great episode, but I have to admit it reminded me a lot of "6B". The whole thing of a couple's love and not letting go causing havok on a greater scale. But as 6B is one of my favorite episodes, this one is too, due to the familiar themes. I also enjoyed seeing Stephen Root. (the "Where's my stapler?" guy from the movie Office Space.)over a year ago
hahaha! yeah, i thought it was hilarious to see him in a serious role. i actually just watched that movie for the first time recently so it's really funny that you brought it up.over a year ago
Everybody go vote for Fringe at the People's Choice Awards! Best Sci-fi show is the only category we have. none of the actors got nominated for anything unfortunately, so it's going to take everyone's votes to have a chance against Supernatural and Vampire Diaries. See the link above to take you right to it. and then just vote 100 times. =)
Posted over a year ago
I'm voting every time I have some down time. I wish at least John Noble would have been nominated. I voted for him so many times I lost count. Oh well, I'm going to focus on getting Fringe the top prize. Maybe if it wins it will send a clear message to Fox how much people like it.over a year ago
Hey guys, i hate being a downer but i have some unfortunate news. Apparantly after the next 2 episodes, we're going to be waiting almost 2 freaking MONTHS before the next new episode. so enjoy them while you can. i'll be breaking out my Fox Sucks icons again. it kinda looks like they are starting to sabotage the show. i hope that's not the case though. =( argh and the episode in January is called "Back to Where You've Never Been." it doesn't take a lot of imagination to figure what that's about
Posted over a year ago
Ouch! That hurts! But if you look at some of the past seasons this is pretty much the time we have a long hiatus. Granted in the past, at max, it's only been about 6 weeks. I guess I will be turning to the DVD's. God willing, when it does start back up, we won't have any more long hiatuses between episodes. <Trying to stay optomistic. More than likely though in one month's time I'll be climbing the walls.>over a year ago
i know i'm so annoyed! i mean we are only getting to see 7 episodes this year. last season we got to see 9 before we had a large gap. also it's more like 7 weeks, so it's not that much different. i'm glad i have all the episodes too, i'm going to be needing them in order to survive!over a year ago
I agree that this sucks, but this happens with all network shows every year. Fringe may not be Fox's highest priority, but it's not like they're singling out Fringe by doing this. ;)over a year ago
That sucks! Then again, it will give me plenty time to re-watch all of the episodes.. And like @Vartell said, i do hope (and think) that the fall finale will be epic! It has to be!over a year ago
Does anyone else find it ironic that next weeks episode is called "And those we left behind" and it's airing on Rememberence Day?
Posted over a year ago
It is interesting, but I agree about it being a coincidence since next week's episode would have aired last night if it wasn't for baseball going on longer than scheduled.over a year ago
So many new theories have emerged due to tonight's episode. I am in constant flux trying to debunk each one. I don't want to spoil anything for those whom have yet to watch, so I'll try to be vague. Does anybody else think another universe is getting ready to come into play?
Posted over a year ago
yeah, it seems like it'd be too much of a repeat to have it be the red verse creating this new breed of shapeshifters. plus Bell is dead and isn't he the one who created the original shapeshifters? and Peter did look younger to me too but i think it was just the lighting.over a year ago
yeah i have seen where they say their won't be introducing a new one and i think it was one of the people who is back from the early seasonsover a year ago
Fringe Friday is here! Finally!
If one more thing keeps me from seeing this episode tonight, no matter where you live in the world, that scream of agony that you will hear will more than likely be me.

I've just bought Season 3. I'm up to the 4th episode and i gotta say, i don't like the AltOlivia. She's arrogant and mean and i don't like her hair. Props to Anna Torv though for playing the two Olivia's so differently!
Posted over a year ago
Congratulations on your purchase! Season 3 definitely had some of the best episodes of the show. And I have to admit I felt the same way about AltOlivia but not so much now.over a year ago
Ahh, so i gather she gets better? I'm guessing Alt Olivia was sort of supposed to be a little unlikeable. I love this show. I love Walter and all his Astrid names like "Asprin,Astro and Astroid". Hilariousover a year ago
Okay, another reason I'm a bit fustrated with Fox. Now I haven't been on FanPop for even 6 months, but I don't ever recall seeing Fringe get the advertising that Glee is currently getting with the side borders or the upper right window. I really wish Fox would promote the show more. Maybe after tonight it will switch over to Fringe. We shall see.
Posted over a year ago
not really, if i did i'd be afraid it wasn't going to air yet again. though either way, i won't be able to watch it live. oh well, i'll only have to wait a little llonger than the rest of you and we've already waited so long that it doesn't really matter.over a year ago
Well, here we go again with the count down. 5 days till this elusive episode "Novation" airs. On a side note, Happy Halloween Fringe fans! Eat some red vines for Walter!

damn! you beat me to it! oh well Happy Halloween to you to! as for the red vines, they don't make them in Canada for some reason. i'll have to make due with some twizzlers.over a year ago
Everyone follow my lead and put a Fox Sucks icon on. we might as well have a little fun with it until Fringe finally comes back on.

Fox sucks, baseball sucks, any force that keeps Fringe from our televisions Friday night sucks so much it makes the vaccum of space seem like a dirt devil. I'm not bitter, I'm realistic.over a year ago
What! Please tell me you are joking? Please! I may just pull an Eric Cartman and freeze myself with instructions to be thawed out when the new episodes of Fringe start again. I can't stand this waiting any more. It's cruel. Cruel I tell you! I wish we lived in a alternate universe where sporting events don't air over previously scheduled television shows! The pain! The pain!over a year ago
Gaah I hate baseball to death! Do these guys from FOX have any idea how long 7 days are? Hopefully there's still one episode that I didn't watch yet, but that doesn't make it much better. Ooover a year ago
everybody watch out! all of my frustration and anger has now developed into a massive amount of energy. i'm liable to blow any minute! in order to avert this catastrophe i shall be demolishing my punching bag for the next 2 hours. the Fox insignia and various baseball teams will be my targets. i'm feeling better already just thinking about it!over a year ago
Am i the only one that just found out that Kirk Acevedo has his own show now? that's why his character is conveniently on his honeymoon, probably indefinitely. though i suppose it's possible he might make a few appearances in later eps. i miss Scarlie already. =(

Yuppers, that is if you are talking about Prime Suspect. However, I wouldn't really call it his show. Though there are two things I've heard whether or not they are true I do not know. 1. Prime Suspect looks to be cancelled due to low viewership. 2. Can't remember who said this, but I read somewhere they said Kirk could come back in later episodes, all depending if he wanted to or not.over a year ago
I am seriously going through withdrawl, and it's only been one Friday without Fringe. I know I said I was glad that it was only two weeks instead of longer, but dang! Is this like the longest two weeks in recorded history? I think I may have to resort back to my DVD's again. I NEED FRINGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Sorry folks, had to vent my fustration.

Plus, was this not one of the best episodes of the whole series? I loved how they made it more iniment between Olivia and Walter. And John Noble sir, after this episdoe you should have Emmy breaking you door down.

Back in buisness....and i loved how John Noble acted in this episode actually his acting is fucking epic in this hole TV Show right from the startover a year ago
I agree. But I honestly have already lost faith in that awards show already. So many critics were praising season 3 of Fringe and all the Emmy's did was turn their heads and nominate shows that have already had their chance. This show deserves so much more.over a year ago
I'll just say this, everyone needs to give scrubby21 props, she called it, either third or fourth episode of the season. And low and behold fourth episode.

It is definitely my favourite so far (I'm only at season two). I was crying right along with the Observer.... It was just so adorable when he told September he was in love with her!over a year ago
Does anyone else think the 4 in the teaser trailer for Peter refers to the episode he will return in? or is that way too obvious?
Posted over a year ago
Was it just me or were there several parallels between 4.03 and 1.03- the ghost network? Regardless it was an awesome ep! got some new background info on what happened to Peter. resulting in some of my previous conceptions to now be moot.

Episodes are getting better and better. I just have a feeling after next week's episode, the show will go into hiatus until baseball is over. I hope that is not the case though.over a year ago
Whoops! Ran out of money to buy vowels my bad. You know with the economy the way it is they charge you for each one now and I could only afford the one "e" in Fringe.over a year ago
damn straight! and i pretty much called him being in Limbo. also, since Broyles mentioned how people's memories leave an imprint on your soul, it's kinda like what i was saying about Peters memory being trapped in Olivia and Walter's minds.over a year ago
i want peter back, i want everybody to remember peter, i want polivia & i want walter to not go crazy cuz he doesn't know who peter is. is that too much to ask??
Posted over a year ago
*Spoilers*
One thing that kinda annoyed me about tonight's episode was the ending. i mean if Peter can communicate with Walter now, why does he just keep saying the same thing over and over again if it's not effective? All he had to do was actually explain the situation to Walter and maybe Walter could've then worked on helping him come back. Even just a simple: Walter it's me, Peter, your son, would probably help matters an awful lot. maybe Peter also doesn't know what happened to him.
Posted over a year ago
I am thinking maybe he doesn't have his full energy back to flat out relay all the information to him or possibly he feels that he needs to get Walter's attention to believe he is really there in some form so that when he does tell Walter all the facts, Walter would be more inclined to believe him. Those are my theories, but I'll admit I'm kind of grasping at straws here.over a year ago
Fringe Friday is upon us once again. Here's hoping they will go in depth about the new shape shifters, the observer's reluctance to erase Peter, and that other gnawing question, "Where is Peter Bishop?"
Posted over a year ago
Oh yeah, meant to ask you this earlier but, did you catch Peter drifting in and out in the background....I saw him twice, but didn't see him after that....over a year ago
i dunno, personally, i don't think shows should be on for more than 5 seasons. they tend to get stale after longer than that and if the story can't be told within 5 years, it isn't being told properly.over a year ago
To some extent that is true. However, I think a show like this the possiblities are vast. I can see them maybe wrapping up the story arch of our universe's characters and then maybe exploring an alternate universe that we have yet to see with new story and character archs. It basically boils down to the writers and how well they can keep things fresh.over a year ago
Exactly,it's always keeping the show fresh whit new stories and that's how you gonna hang into the viewr's you got and might more to come on but it's all comes down on the writer's for how long they gonna keep up the show and whit the fresh stories coming up :Pover a year ago
But it's looking good now in season 4 there is alot of open possibilites to come out and this season actually give's hype's for more season's to come :)over a year ago
yeah, like he's either trapped in another dimension and trying to appear again. or he could be trapped in some fragment of Olivia and Walter's minds and he's projecting from there somehow.over a year ago
Wow, can't believe people would say it was boring. I love the direction in which they are going with it. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out. My only compliant..... we have to wait 7 days for the next episode. But overall I'm just glad Fringe is back.over a year ago
I thought it was a pretty good season premiere.... the whole Olivia expressing to Lee her feelings was a tad over done and dramatic for my tastes seeing as she didn't really know him, but hey, It was a fantastic episode :)over a year ago
