So this is a list of my favorite characters from Friends. This only includes the six main stars. Maybe I'll create one with guest stars? Haha, only time will tell.
6. Monica Geller
I don't hate her, but Monica has never been my favorite. She is very controlling and there are times that I find her annoying. She can be quite rude to her husband and friends and I don't like her attitude when she is. Although I find her very relatable, since I understand her bossiness, I still place her at the bottom of my list. However, I'll list the good qualities about her, too. She' s very caring about the people she loves and gives great advice, though she makes terrible choices. Other than that, she's just your ordinary Hermione Granger. (Hermione's my favorite character from Harry Potter lol)
5. Rachel Greene
Rachel is a bitch. But for some reason, I still find her likable. More than Monica, anyway. I'm not completely sure why, but even though Rachel is pretty rude, she's got a generous heart that the other friends comment on regularly. I know we don't get to see that side of her very often, but I truly believe that Rachel, deep down, is a very good person. As bitchy as she seems on the outside, there's a gentle person on the inside. Thankfully, there are a few episodes that show Rachel's softer side and more giving personality. I also like her "dumb-but-not-Joey-dumb" nature.
4. Ross Geller
Right after Chandler, Ross makes me laugh the hardest. But there are times when he can just get annoying. Like, when he married Emily out of the blue. Where did that come from? Why did he rush into a marriage so quickly? Also, I was totally rooting for him during the "We were on a break" thing XD. I mean, I know Ross "cheated" on Rachel, but THEY WERE ON A BREAK. They broke up right in front of my eyes. Sure, Rachel wanted to get back together the next day after realizing she was wrong, but how could Ross have not known that she was not seeing Mark? I mean, the guy practically tried to get in between them. Ross all the way!
3. Phoebe Buffay
I love her. She's the most unique out of the six. She's got her own way of thinking, is a staunch vegetarian, doesn't believe in science, believes in the extra, extra spiritual. I mean, she has me dying with laughter when she randomly spews out something ridiculous. Also, I like the fact that she isn't hated at all by fans (at least, I hope not) because she's so likable and fun to be around. She had a terrible upbringing though, which thankfully contributed to a lot of jokes throughout the series. Easily the most unique character in the show.
2. Joey Tribianni
Ah, yes. The idiot womanizer. I love Joey so much. He's so stupid that it literally makes me so happy to see everything the writers can do with it. One of my favorite scenes is the one in which the five friends get stuck while going skiing without Ross, and Ross has to come and pick them up. Joey spells out "HELP" only backwards so it turns out as "PLEH," saying that it was for the people on helicopters. When Ross treads over them, Joey turns to Chandler in anguish, seeing that the sign is destroyed. Chandler sarcastically replies, "Oh no, now it won't make any sense!"
1. Chandler Bing
Yes, my ultimate favorite character. As you can see, the previous scene is also one of my favorites on Chandler's part. He's the sarcastic, easygoing one of the group. He always has something up his sleeve. I couldn't believe it when he said he doesn't get many women, because Chandler really is quite handsome and with his personality? Hell, a ton of women should be lining up at his door. I personally would love to date him. I doubt a day with him would ever be dull.
