Do you think that Flintheart Glomgold is actually a good guy deep inside?

Well, we did see him as Duke Baloney who was a much nicer person when he lost his memories. I believe that if he never started his rivalry with Scrooge he would've been kinder and more emotionally stable.
Or maybe that's just how he is. If it wasn't Scrooge he would hold a grudge against someone else. What do you think?
