If these walls could talk,
you'd know my body is dead,
my mind has been taken over,
that's why I am so scared,
I can't control it,
anger is making me blind,
I've been left here on my own
chained to a hate of some kind.

If these walls could talk,
you'd know about my fears,
about all those nights I screamed for help,
about all my fallen tears.
You'd know about the demons
haunting me at night,
you'd be able to help me
keep my fire alight,

If these walls could talk
they would say that it's all right,
God sends His angels
to look over me at night.
They'd encourage me,
say though I am alone
it doesn't mean I�m on my own.
He watches me, from above
and showers me with all His love,

LucyMasquerade It's very beautiful! Amazing! Talented! Just a little bit scary... I mean about a demon that possessed a girl, right? My brother watched this movie "The Exorcist" and nearly wet himself. It was so scary! And think reminds me about it just a little. But despite the fact that it's about a demon possessing a girl, the poem is most beautiful and amazing!

flaming-wave666 Yeah, kinda. I know, I watched this movie too and I gotta say, it's the scariest movie ever! (couldn’t sleep all night, lol xD) And things like that does happen in reality so I feel sadness for those people being tortured by evil spirits like that. As a Christian I believe in god and god’s will, he’d always answer our prayers if we humbly and honestly pray with all out trust and heart. Anyway, thank you, I'm glad you like it! :)

In Greek mythology Medusa (Greek: Μέδουσα (Médousa), "guardian, protectress") was a Gorgon, a chthonic monster, and a daughter of Phorcys and Ceto. The author Hyginus, (Fabulae, 151) interposes a generation and gives Medusa another chthonic pair as parents. Gazing directly upon her would turn onlookers to stone. She was beheaded by the hero Perseus, who thereafter used her head as a weapon until he gave it to the goddess Athena to place on her shield. In classical antiquity the image of the head of Medusa appeared in the evil-averting device known as the Gorgoneion.
