Why crying child wasn't called to party?

In the mingame "Give Cake to The Children" you play as Freddy Fazbear,you give cake but,crying child is alone outside who wants to join with children..But,crying child got killed..Why he wasn't called to party?Why party closed when they wanted to join their friends??Why didn't they hurry up?Why he was alone?And,why their friends didn't care about him?
