Paul was a very important part of the Fast and Furious franchise,and to re-cast him or kill him off would just be wrong.I actually read an article on eonline that they were NOT going to kill Brian off,but have him retire.I think recasting would be a dishonor to Paul's memory,and it would not be the same without him.When the next installment comes out on April 10,2015,I will go see it,but it will be with a heavy heart.I became a fan of the movies,because of Paul.He will truly be missed.The F&F movies won't be the same without him

Killing him off would be weird, given the circumstances, and re-casting him would be ridiculous. Just say that Brian and Mia are off on a beach somewhere, having their happily ever after.

Recently confirmed that Brian O'Connor will be retiring from Dom's crew to live with and protect Mia and baby Jack. Paul Walker will have one of his already filmed scenes added into the movie. Most likely the leaked Han funeral scene that can be found on Youtube.

Neither is not an option since the actor is dead! And that means that they have to recast or kill off the character!

It's horrible that we lost Paul, he still had so much to give, but I don't want to see Brian die or be recast. Why not let him be happy off-screen? It's not as if the character hasn't earned it. He can retire, and they can bring in someone new to take his place if that's what's needed. Not that they have to since the movie franchise as a whole already has such a favorable array of people to choose from. They've plenty to pick from.
